Ruby's Clay Studio is a non-profit arts center whose objectives are to promote community appreciation of the ceramic arts and to encourage self-expression and technical and artistic development through exhibitions, classes and the resources provided by a shared learning facility.

Ruby's Clay Studio & Gallery will host a retrospective of former Board President Ned Smith. Please join us in celebrating his artwork and the dedication of a memorial bench in front of the studio in honor of his birthday March 16.

Paper to Clay

Hideo C. Yoshida will present a selection of works on paper and works in clay, illustrating his journey through different media over the years.

Our studio fundraiser Bowlicious! returns this May, with an exhibition in the gallery and special events all month long, culminating with Ruby’s classic Bowlicious! Ice Cream Social Sunday, May 25. The proceeds from Bowlicious! will go toward our Longevity Fund, dedicated to ensuring the studio has a permanent home for future generations of clay artists.

Get Involved – This will be the first event organized by the new Ruby’s Fundraising Committee, whose mission is to coordinate with other committees, staff, and the board around grant writing, fundraising events, and setting strategic goals. The Fundraising Committee is currently accepting new members! Use the checkbox at the end of the form to indicate your interest in joining.

In addition to artworks in the gallery, there are over fifty artist’s work for sale and on display everyday throughout the studio.

The 2025 Gallery Show Calendar is currently full. Gallery Show Applications for 2026 will be available in September 2025.

Ruby’s Clay Studio & Gallery presents 12 month-long exhibits throughout the year, showcasing an array of sculptural and functional ceramic work by artists using a variety of clay bodies, glazes, and firing techniques.
